Seeing her connect with suppliers and roasters, taste, make calculated and fast buying decisions and balance the many tasks of a procurement director is no less than impressive. In the last seven years working with Tropiq and our sister company, Nordic Approach, Joanne built on her already extensive experience in East Africa to now focus on Latin America.

Joanne is a specialty green coffee procurement professional with a decade of experience. She began her sourcing career in the UK with import company, Mercanta, and was the first buyer Morten hired at Nordic Approach 8 years ago.
