At Tropiq we ship unique, transparent, sustainably and ethically sourced coffee direct to roasters from some of the best coffee farmers in the world. We're expanding Tropiq, and want to invite a curious coffee professional to work alongside our growing team and learn the ins and outs of the industry!

This is a unique opportunity for the person that want to develop their career and aspire to become a trader.



Responsibilities

  • Overseeing sales in the Middle East.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strategic buying.
  • Roasting.
  • Cupping.
  • Public speaking.

What we look for

  • 3-5 years working in coffee.
  • Native in English and any other language is a plus.
  • Bachelors in any creative field, Business Administration, or Management is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in launching a product or service in new markets, or a proven track record of building cross-functional teams.
