Tropiq is looking for a new Inbound Marketing Manager.
The role reports to the COO and requires you to be comfortable starting from scratch, working cross border and with marketing and automation tools. You'll be involved in sales, CRM, brand building, digital, creative/design, communications and more. Your contribution will be an important part of setting the direction for the global marketing strategy.
You love being creative and thinking out of the box. You thrive in a high energy organisation where everything is usually not perfect. You are proactive with an outgoing and curious nature, and you are an excellent communicator and master storyteller. You love traveling and don't mind working from anywhere as you may be required to produce and collect marketing content in coffee producing countries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

The position is new to Tropiq, you will be responsible for bringing together and defining one united global marketing team which is today less than a handful of individuals working from our satellite offices. Next step for the right candidate is a Head of Marketing role.
